The New Skype 4.0 Beta for Windows
A newer Skype is out, the Skype 4.o Beta for Windows is officially out for downloads. This version offers an integrated communication tool, allowing you to enjoy the VoIP technology at its maximum.
With Skype 4.0, you will experience new Skype user interface with improved video features. You also have an improved conversation management. “You can also pop your conversations out into separate windows if you prefer having different windows for different conversations,” according to Mike Bartlett, Director of Windows Product Management at Skype.
“We’ve given video calling the screen size it finally deserves, plus we’ve made it really simple to use. A single click on the Video call button and you’ll be seeing and talking. Video doesn’t start off really small anymore - it’s big and beautiful to begin with. You can also resize and move your own video window around the screen quite easily. Plus in one click, you can have an IM conversation alongside the video call,” Bartlett added.

Can i use this beta 4.0 with a webcam? And does it have the same features as the other skype such as the black glass features on the skype
